Reports
Individual Tipper - View or edit the data/tips/scores for an individual tipper.
Tipper List - A list of tippers showing ID and email address.
Round Results - A presentation of statistical information about a selected round including prize winners.
Non-tipped Tippers - A list of tippers who have not tipped all games for a round.
Tipper Selections - A listing of each tippers selections for a round.
Weekly Prizes - A list of weekly prizes awarded to date.
Tipper Payments - Two reports for administering tipper payments.
Tipper Ladder - A list of scores for a round.
Individual Tipper Details
When searching for individual tippers, you can search by first name, surname,
email address or tipper ID. You can increase or decrease the number of tippers
that your search will return by selecting 'starts with', 'contains', or 'is
exactly'.
Clicking on "tips" allows you to enter tips for that person - you can only enter/edit tips prior to the cout-off time.
Clicking on their ID number brings that tipper's individual details into view. From
this page you can manage an individual tipper. The row of links across the
top allows you to change their password, change their contact details (name,
email and phone number), view their tips, enter tips, delete them or record payments (if applicable).
Towards the bottom of the page, there are the parameters for contact details, payments, scores and tips. Selecting any of these and pressing "View"
will include those details in the report.
Tipper List
Selecting this report and then choosing
view shows a list of tippers which can be sorted by ID number, name or email
address (by clicking on the column headings). Clicking on their ID number
brings that tipper's individual details into view.
Round Results Report
Selecting this report gives an overview of statistics for a selected round.
You can view prize winners, tip statistics and more.
Non Tipped Tippers Report
Selecting this report gives you a list of tippers who have not tipped all
games for a particular round (you choose the round at the top). From this
list you can click on a tipper's ID and bring their individual
details into view.
Tipper Selection Report
Selecting this report gives you a list of all tippers and their selections
for a particular round (you choose the round at the top).
Weekly Prizes Report
Selecting this report gives you a list of all Weekly Prizes awarded so far arranged by round. There is a link to each tipper listed that will take you to that tipper's individual details.
Tipper Payments Report
Selecting this report presents three options.
- Payment totals - List of tippers with total payments to date.
- Debtors only - List of tippers who owe money.
Tipper Ladder Report
This report is available by selecting 'My Ladder' or 'Divisions' in the normal menus.
A Tipper Ladder showing the last round scored is displayed. Change the round to an earlier one if desired then press the Go button. You can also view the 'Ladder for this round only' from this report, which shows your tippers ranked by the score they achieved in the previous round together with their 'Distance from Margin' (if applicable).
