Emails

Available by clicking on the various links under 'Email' on the main Division Admin page.

Start of Week Message - Set a message to appear in Start of Week e-mails.
End of Week Message - Set a message to appear in End of Week e-mails.
Email - E-mail your tippers.

Start of Week Message

At the start of each week your tippers will receive an email from Love my Footy telling them the results of the games and how they did. Included in this email is an (optional) message from you - see this example.

You can add/alter/delete the message that is inserted into the Start of Week email that is sent to your tippers.

Once you are happy with the wording don't forget to click on "Save".

End of Week Message

At the end of each week tippers who haven't yet put in their tips will receive a reminder email from Love my Footy. Included in this email is an (optional) message from you - see this example.

You can add/alter/delete the content that is inserted into the End of Week email that is sent to your tippers.

Once you are happy with the wording don't forget to click on "Save".

Sending your tippers an email

Updating your message
You can alter the subject (the title that the tippers will see) and the text of your email. For the text, you may want to use the variables below the text box to produce a generic email applicable to all of the tippers that you wish to email.

For example, you could write the following text using the macros listed at the bottom:
{firstname} {surname}, round {previousroundnumber} has been updated. Your total score is {scoretodate} and your rank is now {rank}.

Then the tipper might see:
John Smith, round 4 has been updated. Your total score is 20 and your rank is now 54.

Having updated a message you can click on "Save and Preview" to see how your message would look when received by a tipper.

Sending your message
Click on "Save and Send" to send your email.
